Text Messaging and Beyond is free to consumers. If you decide to sign up for text messages, you will get your normal carrier charges for text messaging, but most people have unlimited texting plans so it likely doesn't concern you.

The first time you connect, whether by cell phone or online, we will create a free online account for you. In that account, you can specify how you want to receive your messages (text, email, IM, and so forth) and which restaurants you want to receive messages from. You can also specify which categories of products or services of their offerings you want to hear about, and you can change your mind on categories and businesses any time you want. There is no limit to the number of restaurants and categories you are connected to.

Signing up is easy! Simply text "USF" plus that businesses telephone number or keyword to 70734, or click "Add Business" when you're in your online account, and you're connected!
